Invoices & Bills
Supplier invoices read from email or upload, matched to purchase orders and pushed to your accounting system for approval.
AI Document Automation
FIFTH builds AI document processing that reads invoices, contracts, forms and emails, pulls out the data you need, checks it, and sends it into your systems - with anything unclear flagged for a person instead of typed in by hand.
AI document automation, also called intelligent document processing, uses AI to read documents the way a person would: it recognizes the document type, finds the fields that matter, checks them against your rules and records, and routes the result to the right system or person.
Unlike older template-based OCR, modern AI handles different layouts, scanned files and email attachments without a new template for every supplier or form.
FIFTH designs the full flow around your documents, from where they arrive to where the data ends up, with review steps wherever accuracy really matters.

We collect real samples, map where they come from and where the data needs to go, and define accuracy rules.
We design capture, extraction, validation and review steps, plus the approval points your team wants.
We build the pipeline and test it on your real documents, measuring accuracy before going live.
We launch with human review on exceptions, monitor accuracy, then add the next document type.
Most businesses split strategy and technology across two teams that don't talk to each other. Fifth Corp carries a strategy from insight through shipped software without a handoff in between.
Proptely, ZYR, and EVST are Fifth Corp's own products — built and shipped under the exact discipline held for every client engagement. We measure our work in shipped platforms, not decks.
Agencies pick a lane: brand, or build. Fifth Corp is a Strategy & Technology partner — the positioning work and the engineering work come from the same process, not two vendors you have to translate between.
We came to FIFTH for a website and left with a business that runs better. The site, the mobile app and the order management system all talk to each other, so orders move from click to fulfilment without the manual chaos we had before. It finally feels like one connected operation.

AI document automation uses artificial intelligence to read documents such as invoices, contracts and forms, extract the data that matters, check it against rules, and send it into business systems automatically. It is also known as intelligent document processing (IDP).
OCR turns an image of text into text. AI document processing goes further: it understands what the document is, finds the right fields even when layouts differ, validates the values and routes the result. It does not need a fixed template for every supplier or form.
Accuracy depends on document quality and type, so we measure it on your own documents before launch. Fields the AI is not confident about are flagged for human review instead of being entered automatically.
Common examples are supplier invoices, bills, receipts, contracts, client and employee forms, applications, purchase orders and email attachments. If your team regularly copies data out of a document, it is a likely candidate.
Yes. We connect document workflows to accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, as well as CRMs, ERPs and storage like Google Drive and SharePoint.
Yes. We sign an NDA before we handle your documents, process only the files and fields the workflow needs, and follow your existing access controls. We use business-grade AI services that do not train their models on your data, keep files encrypted in transit and at rest, keep an audit trail of every document processed, and agree storage and deletion rules with you before go-live.
Cost depends on document types, monthly volume and the systems involved. Most projects start with one document type, then expand once accuracy is proven.
